Why is my community already filled in?

Your community is suggested from your surname and your native district — based on the two facts most families share, not decided for you.

The mapping behind the suggestion improves over time, and when it does you will be asked to confirm rather than silently corrected. A suggestion that changes without telling you would train you to distrust the field; being asked keeps the decision yours.

If the suggestion is wrong, the fix is a confirmation, not an accusation — the product is suggesting, not deciding.
