I've covered everyone I can - can I move one?

Yes. Covered places are not consumed permanently: release someone from their card on the tree and that place moves.

When every covered relative is in use and you try to cover one more, the product tells you plainly — release a relative, or add more. Releasing frees the place immediately, and you can cover someone else with it straight away.
