No. Where there is no district-level detail for your state yet, Saath uses your regional community — and a regional answer is a real answer, not a degraded one. You will still see your traditions, and you can change this later.

The same holds for a surname with no community in your district yet: the product says so plainly and falls back to the honest approximation instead of guessing who you are.
