What actually changes when I cover someone?

Covering a relative opens what you can add around them: their voice notes, their story photos, and their dates of passing or marriage.

It does not change anything else. Their profile photo, date of birth, birthplace and where they live now are free on every card — covering is about the living detail around a person, never the person themselves, and never who you are allowed to map.
